What is an ordinary order?

The ordinary order is the method to deliver the order as soon as possible after the customer order is received. Since the dish is prepared immediately after we receive the order, canceling after an ordinary order is not accepted.

What is time specified order?

A time specified order is the order method that indicates the date and time to deliver. The time can be specified between 17:00〜22:00, Monday through Sunday. The order must be made at least 2 hours before the specified time.

What are the delivery hours?

Between 17:00〜22:00, Monday through Sunday. It may vary depending on each restaurant’s operational condition, so please take a look at the restaurant’s information for further details.

What is the average delivery time?

Although the average delivery time may be different due to the type of the dish, the quantities, and the time of the day, it is usually around 45〜60 minutes.

How exact is the time specified order?

The time specified order is delivered within 10 minutes difference of the specified time.

What is the minimum order price for delivery?

Delivery is possible from 2,000JPY per restaurants, It may vary depending on each restaurant’s operational condition, please take a look at the restaurant’s information for further details.

Can we order from multiple restaurants as one order?

No, When ordering from a multiple restaurants, you must make a separate order for each restaurant.

What is the area for delivery?

Is it possible to deliver to the outside of the delivery area?

Can we cancel the order?

You may not cancel the ordinary order. For the time specified order, when the total cost of the order is below 10,000JPY, it may be cancelled by 3 hours before the specified time.
For the order above 10,000JPY, even 3 hours before the specified time, it may differ base on the restaurant’s condition, Please call Penguin Food Delivery for further information.

How do we pay?

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB), or money exchange payment is available. In any other case please pay to the delivers.

There is something I do not like in the dish?
Please specify when ordering.
Can we request the dish that is not on the menu but on the ordinary menu of the restaurant?

The menu served at the restaurant that is not on the menu of our company website can not be delivered since it is either omitted by the restaurant’s request or it is unsuitable for delivery.
