To provide the customer with The Service, BSC may present the provided personal information of the customers to BSC contracted affiliate restaurants (hereafter as “Affiliates” in this document). Customer agrees for BSC to present the personal information to the affiliates, when customer uses The Service. Needless to say the affiliates may use this personal information to provide the customer with their order, and to offer affiliate’s item information, service information, to offer inquiries to the customers. Affiliates are obligated by agreement made by BSC to protect with esteem of the privacy protection law, and to handle personal information of the customers with great consideration.
